Our Curated Return Philosophy

At Vora Atelier, every creation is handled individually as a custom-tailored piece of functional art. Because we operate under a bespoke, made-to-order framework to uphold environmental responsibility and reduce overproduction, our return policy is structured to balance strict logistical precision with elite customer service.

1. 30-Day Eligible Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the physical delivery date of your package. To be eligible for a formal return or exchange, your item must remain in pristine, unblemished condition:

  • The laptop sleeve must be completely unused, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear, stains, or alterations.

  • The piece must be returned entirely within its original gallery-grade protective packaging.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damages

Your absolute satisfaction is our highest priority. In the highly unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or sustains damage during transit, Vora Atelier assumes full responsibility.

Please contact our concierge desk within 5 business days of delivery at support@voraatelier.com with the following information:

  1. Your official Order Number.

  2. High-resolution photographs showing the defect or the damaged packaging.

Once validated, we will immediately fast-track a complimentary premium replacement to be crafted and shipped to you at zero additional cost.

3. Return Logistics & Shipping Fees

Because each item is crafted exclusively on-demand to prevent material waste, return shipping costs for standard preference returns (such as selecting an incorrect device size or changing your mind) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vora Atelier cannot guarantee or assume liability for return packages lost in transit.

4. Processing & Processing Timelines

Once your return item is received and meticulously inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you an official email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution's standard processing cycles.
